How can I get immediate assistance?
During office hours, you can call us directly at (949) 538-2810 and press option 2 for Customer Service. For Leo, dial ext. 100. For Mike, dial ext. 101. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance during and outside of normal office hours; including weekends.
How much notice do I need to place an order?
We offer same day delivery from most of our restaurants, but our quote times will increase the closer it gets to lunch hours. Ordering before 10am is recommended for a delivery time of 11:45am-12pm.
Can I edit a future order?
Yes! Just log in and then click MY ACCOUNT. In the upper left hand side, click the green EDIT button and you're good to go! Keep in mind that some orders cannot be changed if it's too close to the delivery date and time, especially for our caterers. You can always call or email us for assistance.
Am I limited to Online ordering only?Of course not. You can call, email or even text us your orders. We will also be more than happy to help you with creating menus for any and all of your future meals. Let us save you time and we will provide you with a great menu variety from different restaurants, while helping you stay within your budget.
How do I cancel an order?
Please call us at (949) 538-2810 to cancel an order. We are working on a more convenient solution.
Can I get personal assistance to help me with my catering orders?
Yes...just call or email us and we will be glad to assist you with any of your immediate or future catering needs.
How can I view my order history and duplicate an order?
Just go to "MY ACCOUNT" and click the blue order history button within the Personal Information section. If you wish to duplicate a previous order, click the magnifying glass on the far right of the order and then click the green "Order Again Now" button at the bottom right.
Do you charge for place settings and serving utensils?
No. All place settings and serving utensils are complimentary. And if your order is over $250, we will even include a free tablecloth.
What are your hours of operation?
Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 7am-7pm. Delivery hours are Monday-Friday 7am-9pm (or whenever the restaurants close). We will gladly entertain weekend deliveries, but they MUST be placed prior to 5pm on Friday. If you fail to place an order for the weekend before 5pm, you can email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
How do I change my password and/or other personal information?
Just go to your "MY ACCOUNT" page and edit your information.
What if I forget my password?
Just click the “Login/Register” link at the top right of the page, enter your email and click “Forgot Password”. If you have any issues logging in or retrieving your password, please call or email us and we will be more than happy to assist you.
Do you have a minimum order?
Yes, it’s $75, but if you contact us directly, we can try and accommodate you for a lower minimum.
Do you only deliver to businesses?
No, if you meet our minimum order amount of $75, we will deliver to your home or an offsite location.
